Online Operations Supervisor
Overview: This position is responsible for assisting in leading online shopping staff to ensure hospitable, courteous, and efficient customer service. Duties include overseeing and supervising online department operations including coordinating and scheduling orders from payment verification through delivery to ensure service excellence is achieved. In addition, this position is responsible for assisting the manager in training, coaching, and mentoring staff to accomplish department and personal goals.
Day in the Life:
Location: Primarily sales floor and backrooms.
What to Expect: We pride ourselves on providing best in class customer service. You will gain expertise in coordinating staff schedules based on business needs, supervising work flow, order processing, delivery route building, and collaborating with store management to ensure product availability and quality. You will also be responsible for assisting in performance reviews and safety reporting.
Qualifications: Qualified candidates have previous retail supervisor or dispatch experience and\/or the desire and ability to create a positive online shopping experience for our customers and a positive work environment for our staff.
